Leamount Designs and manufactures a wide range of liquid flow test systems, as well as upgrading existing systems Test fluids include water; diesel; aviation kerosene; MIL-C; and other calibration fluids.
The measurement analysis techniques used by Leamount are generally based on and protected by Fluid Flow Patents GB2372324 and US6598462.
Leamount systems meet the latest standards
for safety and environment including:
- Integrated spillage bunds
- Dual redundant ESTOP safety and interlocking circuit including depressuring pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
- Interlocks include: test chamber doors; fluid temperature; fume extraction flow; pump flow conditions; door interlocks; circuit pressures; electrical overloads
