Incorporated in 1997, Leamount Limited is based in Derby with Work Shop premises at Bretby Business Park.
Leamount directors and employees have wide and pioneering experience in the Nuclear and Aerospace industries including: instrumentation, computerised control systems, safety and protection, machine tool design, Five Axis EDM, ECM, and LASER machining processes related to producing cooling holes and other features in gas turbine components.
All these features require measurement to assure conformity to specification.
Leamount was formed to supply cost effective; automated; productionised; reliable; accurate; test equipment and tooling to support the above processes.
Leamount has developed a number of patented process for airflow, liquid flow, and EDM which form the core of the product range.
Leamount has built strong relationships with its suppliers which enable it to fund and undertake manufacture of systems of almost any size.
In all cases Leamount retains all Software and Design in house.
